You are a radishing couple

I was saving this digital card to give to Cissy and Wilk on Valentine's Day and to all my other "couple" friends. I used the cute image of the heart with wings from the Graphics Fairy. The black lace border is from Coffee Shop digital.  The image of the "radishing couple" is from a John Derian decoupage site. The font is King and Queens. Pin It

  5. What a hoot! I LOVE that card! When you say digital does that mean you made it using digital scrapbook software? Or what? I'm new to your blog and to paper arts too. It is so cute....best VD card I've seen so far! Thanks for sharing. Where did you get that radish couple? Gotta love them!

  6. Hey there Sam you are, thanks for coming by to visit. I would love to help you get the hang of some things in the paper arts. I am fortunate enough to have an image manipulation program called Photoshop elements $99 but there are free programs called gimp and picnik, I do not scrapbook so I don't use a scrapbook program. There is a lot of learning to using digital images, keep at it and you will get faster and maybe addicted to using it. I am glad I learned because now I can either cut and paste a paper card using my hands or make a card on my computer in PS elements and share it on the web.
There are two sites I use to download FREE digital images onto my computer then I place those digital images into my PS program and manipulate away. The names of the two sites are "Far Far Hill" and "Friendly Scraps".
I have used digital scrapbook paper to make cards just scaling the size down to 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 not 12 x 12.
If I am correct I got the radish couple by going to the web page of a store called John Derian, he is a decoupager and he makes fun stuff, I just took a screen shot from one of his glass plates. I used it for personal use and do not sell anything I copy. I use a Mac so it is easy for me to take screen shots.
Did that help you? Anything you need me to clarify? Be my guest and ask away!
Thanks again for liking my card.
